Composter can be filled without consuming items

When interacting with a composter block. It will fill up even if you don't have a compostable item in your hand.

Steps to reproduce:
Right click a composter block with an empty hand or an item that shouldn't be compostable. It will fill up regardless.

Ah my bad. Checked for the latest version in Modrinth but 1.1.3 wasn't available there.
