
[Suggestion]: Disable effects of Inebriation if player is in creative flight

Feature/Idea
If the player has Inebriation but they are in creative flight mode then the random erratic movement should not apply
Value of Proposition
One main design feature of creative flight is it ignores movement impeding stimuli e.g water, cobwebs, levitation, etc
Inebriation still applying in creative flight mode is inconsistent with this behaviour and should be fixed
