Because of the recent chat reporting controversy, I was wondering if the team would also maintain a 1.18.2 backport of DML.

@9p4 you can, that's part of the license. Just make sure you are not using the exact same name, pick something that can distinguish between the projects, so we don't end up with support tickets of your version (or you end up with ours)

Follow the current license of the project, and you should be fine (current is GNU Lesser General Public License, a copy of it can be found here)

Ok seems like the port is working. I'm gonna change the name and set the links to be different and publish (soon).
