Sculk stone blocks make no sound when placing or breaking

Description:
I only tested it on the cobbled and sculk stone blocks, but there is absolutely no sounds when I place or break either block. All other sounds in my game work - there are also no subtitles when I place these blocks so I know it's not on my end.
To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Minecraft
- Attempt to place/break a block
- ???
- Profit
