Deeper and Darker blocks replacing blocks from other mods

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Mod Version: 1.3.3
Mod Loader: Fabric
Environment: Server specific issue
Description:
The bug in question causes the wild crops and blocks such as crates/bags of crops to be replaced by weird and bugged versions of Deeper and Darker blocks. It also overrides Mythic Metals blocks, in a similar fashion.
Also, the echo soil placed down around the same time these blocks were placed around the server's spawn, has now completely disappeared and left an error in the space.
To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a Fabric server for 1.20.1
- Add the following mods and their dependencies to the server and client: "Deeper and Darker", "Croptopia", "Mythic Metals"
- Join the server and place down a few blocks from each mod, such as the Rice Bag from Croptopia, Midas Gold Ore from Mythic Metals, and Echo Soil from Deeper and Darker.
- If the blocks haven't yet been corrupted, restart the server. The blocks were fine when initially placed, but after some time and restarts they became bugged.
Screenshots:
You will have to forgive me, this has been spreading to other mods, so not every detail in the wide screenshot may be relevant. Its been a hassle...
Additional context:
This only happens on the server-side. This does not occur in singleplayer worlds. Also did not start happening until after the first server restart from which these blocks were placed.
Here's the build of what's on the server at the moment, as well as in general the upcoming hotfix to my pack.

Edit: Should've directly mentioned, but yes, this is for the version and loader in the original bug post.
I've yet to see it disappear after a number of manual and scheduled restarts. I would rather not wipe the server over this alone, but sadly that's the last option to test this out I worry. This is spread across the entire world, including new chunks, which is why I also fear that won't work either.
Here's a video of the issue:
That's the weirdest thing I've ever seen, but I don't think it's a Deeper and Darker issue. What do the logs say?
Here's the log I believe stemmed from that recording on my client
The portal my server is hosted through is throwing errors trying to download files off of it (we are using a friend's server rack all the way in Canada). If that's needed, let me know, and I'll try and fish it out.
Removing/Disabling Deeper and Darker reverts these issues. The wild crops that are getting overwritten get their regular functionality and appearance back once Deeper and Darker is removed from the pack. Same thing with Mythic Metals.
I'll work on getting a server log file, may take a day or two for my host to respond.
I have a similar issue open with another mod, and removing it also restores the functionality that it overwrites.

Nevermind on the wait. Managed to get a hold of the host since their file portal is slightly unstable.
Here are all of the logs for my server, including Log 2 of Jan 8th, which is when I logged on to show the server-side issues.
2025-01-08-1.log
2025-01-08-2.log
2025-01-08-3.log
2025-01-08-4.log
I did comb through them and found no mentions of issues with deeper and darker, but maybe especially with Log 2 you could find the issue?
An Edit: I wiped my server's world file clean, and generated a new one. The very first thing I did was place down echo soil, and got the same override issue. This cannot just be a world corruption from nowhere.
Its also still overriding the other mods.
