Add a feature to allow forcing the bonus chest, this ought to be a 4 state option:

enabled - Enable by Default (Bonus chests enabled but the user can disable the chest in New Game screen)
disabled - (default) Disable by Default (Bonus chests disabled but the user can enable them in New Game screen)
always - Always spawn (Bonus chests always spawn, locked on New Game screen)
never - Never Spawn (Bonus chests never spawn, locked on the New Game screen)
