Hydration Enchantment doesn't work

I've enchanted my chestplate with the Hydration enchantment, yet I still get thirsty.

Next update will change quite something but the enchantment just protects you against the overheating in hot biomes, might remove it

So yea I decided to remove the enchantment with the next update
