Water bottles usually allows the Axolotl and Merling regain "Bubbles" to not die. But the water bottles drinked only effects the hydration and doesnt effect the "Bubbles" for the Axolotl and Merling.

Does that mean even if you don't have thirst, the dehydration droplets are still showing?
