Drinks can be drank when not hungry

Description
Drinks like apple juice, chorus wine, and carton of milk can be drank even when not hungry.
Problem This Addresses
It is annoying that you cannon drink consumables like these unless you are hungry. Vanilla drinks and other modded drinks can be drank even when not hungry so it only makes sense for it to apply here as well.
