Pressure system breaks at vacuum

Describe the bug

Might be just me not understanding pressure...
When I make an empty vat, cool it down, remove liquid air and reheat it up, it shows a pressure of 101kPa.

To Reproduce

1.Construct a 2x2x3 interior space vat, show thermometer and pressure gauge;
2.Place a Cooler under it and activate it using a creative blaze cake;
3.Remove the liquid air with a test tube;
4.The pressure gauge shows 101kPa

*Bonus: venting doesn't add the oxygen back

Expected Behavior

To have a negative pressure, like my other vats
