Wrong tag used in "beetroot_soup_from_hefty_beetroot" recipe

The beetroot soup from hefty beetroot recipe uses the wrong tags for the hefty beetroot, using destroy:hefty_beetroot when the actual tag is destroy:hefty_beetroots as seen on the enumerator and also on localization file keys.
