Describe the bug

When you use the Raised mod and Destroy at the same time, a duplicated "Selector" image appears.
Though I assume the probable cause is due to Destroy having some added inventory features, and it's simply just not accounting for the fact the hotbar is able to be raised.

To Reproduce

Install the Raised mod
Raise your hotbar to a noticeable level
A hotbar selector should appear in the original position.
Disabling Destroy resolves this

Expected Behavior

The hotbar selector shouldn't be getting duplicated(?)
