game crash after putting funnel on side of vat

Describe the bug

the game crashes as soon as I place an andesite or brass funnel on the side of a vat, sometimes bricking the world
only does this when placed on the side, top and bottom works as expected

To Reproduce

  1. build vat, no matter what size
  2. put funnel on side
  3. game crash, exit code 1

Expected Behavior

I expect it to just put a funnel on the side so I can insert or extract items using it

just realised I haven't tried putting a funnel on the side of anything else

just tried a barrel and chest, also caused crash even without destroy
