I made all the armor icons more consistent with the netherite one. You can use them if you like :)

The issue is that these textures are less consistent with vanilla.

V2.3 sprites could use tweaking, but V2.4 textures look irrefutably less vanilla. That is to say, V2.4 sprites are more detailed and more stylized than the vanilla sprites which as a result breaks from the mod's vanilla+ feel.

Whilst I do believe V2.4 textures look subjectively better, I would propose the following version as a drop-in replacement to bring both consistency and a vanilla feel:

that's right. I had the same thought while using my mod.
So I will add vanilla style texture option in version 2.4.
And I think your texture will be useful for that.

I also have a small suggestion. There is some overlapping with the armor slot icons and the elytra. Move the elytra icon to the left of the armor bar slightly separated.

Also, there is currently only one special item bar in the DAB, Elytra, but if other developers use the API to add it, this could be confusing.
