I noticed by breaking a detector, with the required tool, that it doesn't drop the item it contains. For example a Block Detector doesn't drop its filtered item.

Also It seem the Block Detector can't tell if the block selected is a Oak, Birch or whatever Sapling it is. That this issue is not a problem for me but It might be for different circuits...

In addition I would love if the Block Detector can detect "any block". I mean with this I can detect a block, if there is one but it doesn't matter which one.
