When trying to place any fence, vanilla or modded, you can see an outline of where it WANTS to connect diagonally, but it just won't.

Using Prominence 2 Fabric modpack edition with no additional mods. I did test every 1.20.1 version of diagonal fences, and none successfully worked.

Please try the latest version of Diagonal Fences (v8.1.2) and send screenshots of the behaviour with that version. Also make sure to include latest.log.

If you have the mod "modernfix" and dynamic resources are enabled, enable support for diagonal fences in the properties. I have this problem because compatibility has been disabled.

I'm playing at 1.19.2. Not all mods have been updated to 1.20 yet. Max version 4.2.6 for minecraft 1.19.2
