Allow getting the balance of any player, regardless of whether they are online or not. When a player joins the server, maybe go through the list of all names, check all names, if a name matches the name of the player who joined and the uuid doesn't it will change to something like "-" or "a" unless i figure out a way of finding the right name for the uuid, in which case set the name to that.
