add permission checks so that one can have greater control of who and where people can use the commands using a permission mod such as LuckPerms

example of the different permissions:

diamondeconomy.balance
diamondeconomy.deposit
diamondeconomy.send
diamondeconomy.top
diamondeconomy.withdraw

diamondeconomy.modify
diamondeconomy.set

Is there a way to do this without this mod having support for that? Like creating a custom permission for one of those commands in Luckperms? Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, I tried looking this up but didn't find anything useful in the Luckperms documentation
