What happened?

Whenever I enter the Nether in my 1.18.1 modded singleplayer, the nutrient bars go to zero, but the values remain the same. Leaving and rejoining the world fixes it.

Update: This seems to be the case with the end as well. So In general traveling between dimensions causes this bug to occur. Not only that, but after switching dimensions, nutrients eaten while the bug is in effect do not get counted. Only by restarting the world can nutrients be counted again.

How do you trigger this bug?

1. Gain nutrient percentage points
2. Switch dimensions
3. Nutrient bars visually appear to be at zero and nutrients eaten won't count while the bug is in effect.
