What is the new feature or improvement?

Ex. i play tough as nails, and noticed that my diet gets reduced when i drink water- which results in me never getting any diet effects as i drink it away. I want it to be so that foods from unsupported mods have no effect on diet.

Perhaps it gets solved by making so unknown items dont get a classified food group? -Nevermind it doesnt work pls help
