Since Diet 0.4 I've found that when connecting to servers (both client and server has the same version of the mod and Forge installed) the nutritional values for any crafted or smelted food items are not shown, while the base food items from both modded and vanilla do. The issue seems to correct itself after hopping into any Singleplayer world and then back into the server.
