Dwarven armor training needs to be made vanilla

The ability still is left unchanged from the modpack. This ability could be a simple +2 to armor when armor is equipped.
Ive done this, but i might want to consider doing armor toughness rather than regular armor points. Reason being the hill dwarf gets a percentage increase to health while the mountain dwarf gets a flat bonus.
