Currently the wood elf subclass has the same elf weapon training bonus as the high elf, but the high elf gets no further benefits. There would be no practical reason to pick the high elf besides role play.

Added cantrips. Upon selecting the high elf, the player can choose one of four cantrips. All are simply projectiles of different element types corresponding to the dragonborn breath ability.
