Races that need balancing

Half elf has no debuff (Maybe reduce health by 10% since elves lose 20?)
Tiefling has no debuff (maybe can't trade with villagers like half orc?)
Variant human has no debuff (each feat/skill could have one, but i would prefer not)

Feat debuffs:
charger: 2 second stun per ability use
heavily armored: reduced speed wearing full heavy set
Lightly armored: reduced speed wearing full light set
mobile: Increased hunger
moderately armored: reduced speed wearing full medium set
sentinel: ranged damage taken increased
skilled: jack of all trades, master of none? (all skills are half as effective)
skulker: doesnt hide armor (already does this, just put in description)
tough: reduced damage with bows?
