Quartz dimensional Door Rift Dissapeared

I started a new world using the Tekxit 3 (Official) modpack, which uses Dimensional doors version 3.0.9, through the Technic launcher, and created a Quartz Dimensional Door. When I recently entered my personal pocket dimension, I got a chat message saying "Something went wrong when trying to teleport you, please report this bug". I finished what I needed to do, I exited the pocket dimension, and got sent to limbo ( I can't remember the exact message I got). When I returned home, I entered my personal pocket dimension again, got the same message, picked up all of my stuff, and exited, once again getting sent to limbo. Here are the lines form the log from when I entered my pocket. I turned on KeepInventory once I reached Limbo

I did look at other Issues pertaining to the same bug, but they all seem to have lost their personal pocket, and I haven't, so I don't know why this is different
I think what happened is the rift itself despawned? I went into creative mode, copied and broke the door, replaced it, and I entered my pocket dimension without any issue. However, I noticed when I broke the door the first time, there was no rift, and when I broke it to replace it again (I got the hinges on the wring side), I noticed there was a rift this time. Idk if this helps the developers at all, but if anyone else has this problem, that's how I fixed it
