Strange vanilla bug that happens when exiting limbo via eternal fabric in 1.12.2:
When exiting limbo, the player is teleported to the overworld, but a nether portal generates at the player's location. I'm not sure how else to detail this issue, there isn't a lot to it. I can test some things in-game if you'd like.
