[Bug]: World Border Bug (Backport to 1.19.2 Please!!)

What happened?
This bug was fixed in a 1.19.3 release. I am using Dim Doors for 1.19.2 for my modpack, Another quality modpack 2. As are other modpack devs since a lot of mods are missing from 1.19.3
I am writing in hopes for this border bug fix to be back ported to 1.19.2 so we can finally put this issue to rest that's been a thing in our modpack for almost 2 years now.
The update in reference;
**5.1.0
- Update to 1.19.3
- Add more variants of blocks (only creative mode for now)
- Fix bug with players being teleported outside the world border in limbo
- Fix log spam**
Not irrelevent. Most modpacks are still on 1.19.2 and this is still a huge issue getting complained about to me every 3 days
It’s okay though. I know which mod will not be going in any of my future packs. I don’t support lazy devs.
