What happened?

Basically, there's a slight chance every time I go through a door in a dungeon to go to another part of the dungeon, it just freezes in place generating it, there's invisible ghost blocks, so I don't fall through the map, but I also can't really move either, and I have to exit and rejoin the world to make it show anything

Can confirm I have the same problem. Exiting and entering the same world fixes it as mentioned. Wonder why this happens tho.
