[Suggestion]: Allow Teleportation Height to be Set Higher

Suggestion Description

#Dictates the max Y at which the Nether Painting will place you in the Nether [51 = Spawn in a bubble at Y 50 if nothing] (Default: 120)
	#Range: 10 ~ 120
	netherMaxY = 120

Is it possible to allow this value to have a higher max Y level? If I have my Nether set to 256 or greater I'm unable to spawn the player towards the top of the dimension.
