[Suggestion]: Expose Platform Structure to Datapacks

Suggestion Description

Is it possible to expose the platform structure to datapacks allowing a pack maker to adjust the blocks used when creating a platform while travelling through paintings. For example, I'd like to mimic vanilla behavior by providing an Overworld painting when traveling to Overworld from the Nether. Similar to how a new Nether Portal would be created if none exists in vanilla.

I wouldn't know where to even begin on implementing this, also because the paintings are entities when placed in the world which might be tough to spawn in properly
