Wither can destroy pocket blocks when inside pocket. [safetynet21][CF]

When a wither is spawned inside a pocket, the walls can be destroyed and new wall blocks cannot be placed to replace the walls.

Added canEntityDestroy(); to the block classes. Wither can no longer break the blocks inside the pocket. Pocket blocks also don't drop their item if they are destroyed.
