This isn't a bug with the mod(s). CurseForge (the launcher) doesn't download the Cosmos Library when a user requests Dimensional Pockets II. It isn't listed as a dependency on the website either. Thanks for your time.

Yeah CurseForge isn't great in this aspect. I have updated as many files as I can find without dependencies, this should fix the issue.
