What happened?

The rift blade has many functions, and almost all of them are broken in 1.20.1 forge and fabric.

• When right clicking an enemy I do not teleport behind them/near them. The range on the teleportation is also normal hitting range. And although I do teleport, I only move a block or so in a seemingly random direction.
• When a stable/unstable rift is present, right clicking on the core does not open a temporary portal.
• when inside a dungeon, right clicking and holding does not open a random rift. (Not sure if this one exists anymore, but it doesn't do that when I try.)
• Hitting an enemy doesn't teleport the enemy anymore. (Again, not sure if this one has been removed)

No log, sorry, it's not a crash or anything.

In order,

• Possibly broke it at some point,
• I recent did an overhaul to how rift interaction works so it got fixed in the process.
• I didn't know this.
• And I don't think we ever added this in the rewrite. A bit foggy on it.
