Resize the mod icon.

Why?
- because it is the cause of about 80% of the mod weight
- the dimensions are huge and the icon in the Mod Menu is tiny, users can't see its full resolution (256x256 is definitely enough, please then use some lossless compression tool like Leanify or Oxipng)
Or I will do it for you and PR later today, will also add issues and homepage tag to the fabric.mod.json file and update the Gradle.
Apologies, I never knew the icon was a problem inside of ModMenu, I never deliberately checked it and thought it was okay, I had used Isometric Renderer to just grab an item from the mod and used that as an icon
The gradle does need updating, I was going to do that with the next update anyway and tbh I should probably do that with all my mod icons to make them look better
You are welcome to PR it later on or I'll figure it out when I take a break from Buffet and go back to DimOres
