The "Fourth Option" for collecting/idle button isn't present.

I'm on an ATM8 1.19.2 server, V1.0.6b and the fourth button enabling 3x3 pickup of items simply isn't there. there is nothing in the config file about enabling/disabling it, so I'm just sending in this report. Thanks!
