Please create a tag that you can add items to which blacklists from being disenchanted. Too many exploits occurring in my modpack due to items that have enchants on them (tech reborn's rock cutter for example). Easy way to get silk touch.

@gliscowo Please back port this to 1.18.2. My modpack, AQM2 is on 1.18.2 and will be staying on it.
