i have the latest version of this mod 1.12.0.62.1 and version r1.5.152 of quark. if i go back to version 1.12-0.5.3.0 of this mod there is no problem. i tried multiple quark versions but most have it.
I use version 1.12.2-14.23.2836 of forge

if i break blocks it gets light again but you understand that this not something i want to happen.
