the conductor bone no longer lets me search for the names of dogs as of downloading the most recent version, i havent updated any other mods aside from palette of paws so i dont believe it's caused by another mod

You now need to Shift+Space to focus the search bar, I changed it to allow using the movement keys to navigate between pages and select for a more convenient use.
