First, thank you so much for your work, this mod is my favorite. I play in 1.20.2, and I have been experiencing game crashes with an error code -1073740791.
I tried to disable all my mods via forge except DTN and it wasn't working, then I also disabled DTN and it worked back.
I charged my game again with the mod abled and it works now.
I have the texture "grey wolf" on my doggy, and a merchant appeared short before the crash. Hope these info can help, I will try to play with a classical doggy texture to see if it works.

Could you please send us the Crash Log ?

Here is one I found, it isn't linked to a specific texture, I have been playing with the classical wolf and it crashed all the same regularly, but works back after disabling/reabling DTN.

This is a known bug of DTN for 1.20.2 whenever a Projectile hits a dog. Unfortunately Forge 1.20.2 may no longer be supported as the team is in the discussion of migrating to NeoForge for 1.20.2+, i would recommend you use MC 1.20.1 if you can since it is the more stable version.
