Feature Description:

The dogs should be able to eat rotten flesh reguardless of the Happy Eater talent. Also, can there be a function something like 'auto-eating' to the talent, perhaps?

This is actually going to be added as a default function to the dog (eventually). And the sole purpose of the talent is expand what types of food dogs can eat. Rotten flesh (realistically) aren't really good for dogs to eat to be honest.
