"Compatibility mode" - disable dog reskinning and keep default wolf texture for people using texture packs

Feature Description

Currently when you use the stick to train up a dog their skin resets to the Minecraft default. However, it doesn't appear to actually be the default skin, but a replacer -- I say this because I use the ChromaHills resource pack, which reskins the default wolf, and that reskin is replaced when I train the dog.

I suggest creating a "compatibility mode" for people who are using texture packs that might modify the wolf's appearance (especially high res textures). In compatibility mode, the ability to choose different dog appearances would be disabled, and the texture/skin would not be replaced. It would reduce the customizability of the dog, but it would allow people using texture packs to maintain consistency in the overall look of the game.

Relation to any Known/Unknown Bug

This isn't a bug - the skinning feature appears to be working exactly as advertised. It just can't account for every texture pack out there, and doesn't mesh well with high-res textures.

This now implemented in the latest 1.12 and 1.13 versions. Set the 'useDTTextures' to false.

Also by default now the first texture is the default wolf texture so will be overriden by texture packs.
