I am using Minecraft version 1.12.2, on Java Edition. The Roaring Gale talent is included in the list of talents for my dogs, and it says "put a bone in hand and unleash your dog's inner roar". I've tried every type of bone (vanilla, big bone, tiny bone, throw bone) across all modes (Docile, Aggressive, Wandering, Tactical, Berserker, etc), right-clicking, left-clicking, shift-left and right-clicking, hitting enemies, hitting the dog, hitting the ground, etc. It won't work. The dog doesn't do anything. If I hit an enemy and it is in an attack mode it only attacks it normally, using the talents it already has. It is trained Level 2 in Roaring Gale. I am in Survival Mode whilst doing this. Is it broken or am I missing something?

You don't click on anything, you just hold a normal bone in your hand and let your dog walk up to an enemy (it has to be a mob though, such as a Creeper). Certain entities do not count as a 'mob' so they wouldn't be affected.

As of the version 1.15.0.0 released today you now use the roaring whistle (shift click through the whistle modes). Using the whistle will command dogs to do the roaring attack and putting it on cd
