Issue Description:

In creative mod, after placing a colored dog bed, the bed in the inventory turns into white oak bed, this happens in everything color and material

99% sure I have read this is an issue with the current version of 1.13.2 forge. Any ItemBlocks that have NBT will have there NBT values deleted upon use.
