Issue Description:

• Dogs with the talents Wolf Mount and Swimmer Dog dismount riding players when the player's eye goes underwater.
• The breath meter depletes at the same rate regardless of the level of Swimmer Dog, and at the same rate of a dog without the talent.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Apply the talents Wolf Mount and Swimmer Dog of any level to a dog.
2. Ride the dog into water at least 2 blocks deep.
3. The player will be dismounted when the player's eye goes underwater.
4. The breath meter can be observed by riding a wolf in 1 block deep water.
