I am not sure if this is intended or not. But when using:

DoggyTalents-1.10.2-1.15.0.2-universal.jar
In Minecraft 1.10.2 with forge 12.18.3.2511 it seems like the command emblem is gone?
I can't find it in JEI, or craft it. Is that intended? Can't read in the changelogs that it is gone.

I can post logs if you want, but as i am not sure if this is intended or not, i thought i would just describe it first :)

I can't find the recipe for a whistle. Is it still part of the mod?

The command emblem was removed in favour of the whistle. Shift click to change the whistle's mode.
