Issue Description:
When other non updated to forge .45 cause issues( cc-tweaked for example) Doggy tallents which was loading fine crashes. I didn't think much about it until it kept happening with different mods so I thought you might want to take a look at it.
Steps to reproduce:
0.5 - Install forge .45
- Add Doggy talents
- Add cc-tweaked cc-tweaked/CC-Tweaked#283
- launch
I believe this is caused by other mods not being updated to forge 28.0.45. So you have to remove so mods till you find the cause.
That would be correct, which is what I stated in the issue. I just thought I would mention it because it was always DoggyTalents that turned up when I was testing in my 20 hour long marathon one at a time mod test. Non issue now.

What mod was it? Using latest version of forge and this is still an issue for me.
You would have to roll back all of the mods and add them one at a time starting with known working mods, you can start with my modpack which has pretty much every mod that works for 1.14.4-
