File DoggyTalents-1.12.2-1.15.1.3-universal.jar is for an older version of Forge and cannot be loaded

Hey i was just wondering, is DoggyTalents really uncompatible with the last Forge version or i am doing something wrong? Thank you.

You say you are using forge 1.14.4 and are using a doggy talents version for 1.12.2...
