Issue Description:

Training Treats will not convert tamed vanilla wolves into dogs.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new Creative world
2. Spawn wolf, tame with bone
3. Use Training Treat on tamed wolf
4. Dog will sit/stand instead of being converted
