Allow us to turn off auto-eating (for christ's sake!)

Feature Description:
Dogs eat EVERYTHING dropped, preventing hunting. Goddammit.
I like this if I'm gonna let my dog "graze" but they eat endlessly. like, full hunger (120) and they eat entire livestocks...
Relation to any Known/Unknown Bug:
A new feature was added, but the feature can't be turned off. This is a major problem.
Additional Information:
Quite urgent for me and my friend. They can eat inventory's worth of food off the ground!
