[1.14.4-1.15.2.0] fully upgraded dog crashes server

Issue Description:
Picking up an upgraded dog from doggy talents will cause the server to crash.
To replicate tame a wolf level up the dog with treats and put points in the dog mount and shift right click on the dog and will crash the server.
Hey, thanks for taking the time to create this issue and I'm sorry I didn't get round to resolving it. I've not worked on this project for a while and have decided to archive the git repository.
